Designed the 7Targets Executive Reliability Overview dashboard around system health, operational risk, and 24h, 7d, and 30d comparisons.

Validated live Grafana and Prometheus metric availability, then corrected broken PromQL for error budget and burn-rate panels.

Removed or reworked panels that lacked real backing telemetry so executives only see evidence-based reliability signals.

Impact

Converted fragmented infrastructure metrics into a clear executive reliability view with red, yellow, and green status indicators.

Reduced dashboard trust risk by eliminating no-data and invalid-query panels before wider stakeholder use.

Highlighted concrete telemetry gaps for MTTR, Step Functions, and application-level latency so the next observability investments are obvious.
